I will be in Zandvoort aan Zee next week and would like to know if anyone had an update on the coffee shops there. I have never been there before and am looking forward to visiting. Thanks to all in advance. :D

Have only been to Yanks.
Nothing real special, except for decor.
American wild west with Indians in Holland.
Smoke was o.k., don't remember any thing special.

Thanks Twitch; I have heard of Yanks and La Paz. Taking the train to Zandvoort via Haarlem; do you have a favorite shop in Haarlem? Thanks again. :)

the gear you can buy at Yanks is of good quality and at least the special yanks haze we had a year ago was very nice in taste, its a big clean shop, worth visiting. the la paz is a very dark, clean and quiet shop. not a big weed menu, but they do have a very big variety of hashes from all over the world, if you look for a special hash, you should try it (at least this was when we visited).

Thanks; this is great info. I will definitely make it to Birdy. Is there another shop in Haarlem that is currently recommended? I was in Wortel, near the town square a few years ago and the smoke was great. I hope to spend more time in Haarlem on the next trip. Thanks again to everyone, this is news I can use. :D

Does anyone have any recent experience with La Paz in Zandvoort? I understand there are only 2 shops in Zandvoort and I am planning on going to both unless La Paz is not worth the look. Thanks in advance, 6 days to go :D
