pipes

Post by JW »

Im looking to get a small compact pipe/smoking device, that can be put in my pocket and provide a nice smooth hit as and when needed.

Anyone got any suggestions?

Hi JW,

I only smoke with a pipe and I liked the look of the "BudBomb" when I was in Amsterdam last year. They were about 45 Euro then but I ended up buying a good quality copy for £10 in a headshop when back in the UK

click the link for a picture, never looked at anything on this site, I just "google'ed" budbomb and this came up:

All depends on what you what (style) and how / where you want to use it. This is neet, tidy, discreet and works. you load it up and away you go, you can keep it in you pocket without fear of anything falling out of the chamber.

I pack the chamber with about 0.3 -0.4 gram of good pure ground skunk and 3/4 tokes of that gets me well on my way... find me a sofa...!!

I've tried a few pipes so post back what kind of thing you had in mind?

Funny, I read the top post and then I clicked on the link in the second post and I said "Yes, voila!" just what I would recommend.

I also have a *Raydiator (tm)* air cooled titanium pipe with a carb type front end and a pivot pin type bowl cover (cover slids out of your way and back over with a single push of your thumb). It's made by Mori Design and I bought it in San Rafael, California. In fact, I have 2 different pipes by them so I must be happy with them.

This was the only url I could find after a quick search. This is much bigger than the budbomb-type pipe but it fits into my rather small hand discretely.

http://www.jupitergrass.ca Check under pipes - they also have a link for some neat stealth pipes. How about a pipe disguised as a yellow highlighter pen?

The Budbomb looks good.

have you ever tried one of thos glass vape pipes? I think it was called shake and vape or something. I know it wont be the same as a real vapouriser, but it looks quite cool.

Would you think the glass vape pipe would give off much of a smell? I am thinking of using it in stealth operations hahahaha

I have the dominizer. Its a glass vape pipe thats uses hot air from a lighter or candle. Once you get the hang of it its is verrry effective and produces little to no odor. It takes a few tries to get the hang of it but once you do its a really efficient inexpensive vaporizer. You do not have to put much bud in it so it can make a stash last quite a bit. I posted the website in another thread but for your convenience here it is a gain. Check it out.

From what I've heard about vapo products and the effect of thier use I'm seriously looking into that for my next purchase.

Next point, more reading online, then Headshop... should have one by the weekend :!:

Each to their own I guess, for me.. I've never been into the tobbaco and although I can roll pure J's I just prefer the pipe thing... I can toke a good fat J's worth (upto 0.5g - max) in my pipe an about 2-3 mins, trust me, when that kicks in I've really only got about 5 mins to find a sofa !
