Question About Coffee Shop Servings...

I can get 2-4 bong bowls outta a gram, but really only one pure joint.

1 gram = 1 joint for me....

many of the budtenders would look at me a bit strange when i would go back up 15-20 minutes after my first purchase and tell them that it was all gone.. and that i want something else to smoke right now .

2-3 joints for 1 gram would be some small joints.. unless your mixing i guess.. but still thats not much weed per joint ...

but yes 2canucks... 1 gram in amsterdam will be the same as you get in canada. so you would be smoking the same.

if you want to be smoking the top notch strains.. expect to spend more than 100 euro on 10 grams each day. also you must include drinks and munchies into that equation.. cause when your in a coffeeshop smoking .. i tend to buy more than just herb

If the buds are fluffy i just make a bigger joint, i never get more than 2 joints out of a 1g bag in Amsterdam, but at home when i have no weed left or know i have to wait longer then i will make smaller j's.... i spose going Dam is the norm for Shady living withing very close driving distance and all that, so no need to overpack his joints

An Italian fella once asked me to roll him a spliff in the Bluebird coffeeshop. He wanted it rolled mixed with tobacco.
I said no problem. He gave me his baggie and a cigarette. I broke off half his ciggie then told him to break off how much weed he wanted me to put in his spliff. He gave me what must have been .2-.3 grams of herb and asked me politely if I would put the rest of his ciggie in the spliff aswell. I carried out his orders perfectly, all the while thinking to myself, thank fuck I'm not smoking this. Far too much tabak and not enough herb for me.
Anyway, I gave the dude his spliff and told him to enjoy.
He certainly did. He was so mashed he fell on the way to get a drink from the counter.
Horses for courses I guess.

1g= 1 pure doobie or 2 mixed with Tobacco if I'm rolling.
But unless I offer ya a Hash spliff at 420, all my spliffs will be pure

Only ever smoke with baccy in my joint because that's what I'm used to...

I've tried pure joints (after every cure I get silly and make pure j's) but somehow prefer the buzz of the joint when baccy is mixed in, just a light sprinkling - about a 0.1 or a 0.2 in the joint is enough for me...

I also reverse roll my joint, minimizing paper usage and getting a somewhat cooler toke from my herbs...

1 GRAM = 2 Joints with tobacco or 1 large L-spliff length PURE joint...

BTW I roll 1/2 g pures in the Dam, smaller Zigzag white regulars at home.

I find it a little bit fidgety. Most people i've seen do it burn the excess paper off.

i put about 75% of herp 25% tobaco and small filter
roll wit Rizla King sieze GREY!
even bring some wit me on each trip cause of price they sell them in holland ill save about 2$.i pay 1.25$ and in amsterdam 2.50 euro witch=too 3+$$

we always do little almost pure (like 0,001g tobacco) of 0,3-0,5 and its always a nice round for 3-4 people, of course when its weekend there are the 1g joints doing its round properly....but during the week we dont like to get stoned like hell

I've got a friend who rolls that way, except he doesn't rip the excess paper off. He puts a perfect crease along the fold line and then lights the corner on fire. It will burn only the excess paper and not the joint. Amazing the first time I saw it almost freaked as he began to light the paper. But it worked and burned beautifully.

Good point, I'll be sure to bring my own papers since that would be $3.25cdn for 1 pack of rizlas in Amsterdam.
