Can't remember but I'd imagine theres at least one, the woman who runs the one at Waterlooplein will offer you a look at the menu there, I wouldn't bother myself as the weed is only ok but it is cheap (1.8 grams for €12.50).

While you are at the Albert Cuyp market be sure to visit Katsu. I don't recall ever seeing a headshop shop there. Waterlooplien for that.

Enjoy

Never seen a pipe stand either at Albert Cuyp market. I normally walk the length of it and back down. Plenty of nice fruit, fish, food, flowers, clothing stalls, and everyday items.
As above said Katsu is worth a visit and if the weather is nice there is a park just down from Katsu.

There is a Souvenir Shop next to de Peperbol - Albert Cuypstraat 150, about the halfway point of the Albert Cuyp Markt on the South side of the street.

They sell pipes and bongs, etc. along with other souvenirs at a reasonable price. It's tucked away in the back, away from the main walkway of the market.

There's also a Tobacco Shop a block or two South of Katsu on the corner across from Sarphatipark that sells small pipes, papers and cones.

albert cuyp is your better best. I did get a cool grinder there for reasonable. I think they had pipes there too. But in my experience, you can buy pipes all over amsterdam.

Having double checked the location of said Souvenir Shop, it is actually located next to Restaurant Bazar (Albert Cuypstraat 182), not de Peperbol as previously posted. Still the South side of the street.

The shop usually has T-Shirts and Flags facing the main street. Can't miss it. Picked up a nice kif catching grinder and a small glass bong for less than €30. Decent place.
