pocket vaap

Post by spidergawd »

I want to get a "portable" vapouriser folks, not a pocket one neccesarily, but something you can take out with you for an impromptu/alfresco toke maybe. Will be glad for any ideas or reccomendations.

No more cofin only mufins now!

These are supposed to be pretty good (only what I've read, I dont know anyone that has one) and are pretty portable.

Dont get one of these: http://www.everyonedoesit.com/online_he ... uctID=2204 as they're shite.

Yea thanks Boner I have been looking at the first one since I started using vaps just this year but only on the wibbly wobbly as local head shops seem to be in 1968(what a wonderful time) and I wont be in Amsterdam until the beginning of June sorry, yes the second one looks like you might use it on a building sight or take a fix (maritime) with it. The first one looks the most interesting, but I am a bit low tech if that's an option.
Just to say i bought a really groovy and very low tech looking number called a vapbong but I dont seem to get it, if any one else has encountered and or mastered satisfactory use of it, I need to know.

Waiting on your collective wisdom

Thank you Rasa, so they are vapourisers well I never realised that. Any way they have those in my 1968 head shop, so I might be off down the Portobello market later. Actually I bought a really good one there which I like, its glass, about the size and shape of an electris light bulb with a rubber bung and a glass tube for toking through and I heat it with a candle flame, but its not for outdoor use.
I shall report on my further experiments in the world of vapping. :)

i got an I-Inhale from The Old Man last week. only put a bit of 'decent' stuff through it so far since getting home, but its awesome. great and covert. takes a bit longer to heat up than they say online, bout 2 minutes.

i'll give it a real good review in like a week after i put some real quality stuff through it and master the whole process. its a terribly fun device though.

Thanx Clayman I think I shall definitely get one of the I.Inhales now that I've spoken to you who has used one to good effect. Seen loads on ebay.

Didnt get to the market yet, maybe tomorrow....I shall still get one of those little pipe jobbies as well Rasa as I like a bit of variety.

Love these long holiday weekends. It would be even nicer to be in a good dutch coffee shop but never mind London is OK if you have some good smoke and a trip lined up(June) not too far away.

I've always liked a good chillum but too much cofin. So far though my experiences with a couple of different vaps have been very satisfactory. [/img]

By the way the VAPBONG I bought, I showed it to a friend who is a bit more worldly wise than me and he thought, judging by how tiny the loading area is, that smoking herb/res. was not its primary design function. I dont know, never mind it can go in the cupboard with the fondue set and the Ronco rotary LP cleaner.

I picked up an i-inhale a couple of months ago from www.vapefiend.com , seriously impressive piece of kit if you ask me! Not quite as efficient as my Volcano but really not far off :D

yah, i hear the volcano gets you a better efficiency but im beating that by saving all the vaporizer leavings in a tupperwear and ill cook em into cookies when enough builds up. will report on that when it happens.

I read a really harsh review of this piece of kit, good to hear decent reviews of it.

Go here http://www.oldindianshop.nl/ and look for the 'Eagle Bill Vaporiser Pipe' where you see 'Vaporiser' in the side menu - totally portable and totally off your face. First place I head for when I arrive - bom Shiva

yah, i must resist the urge to smoke the leftovers so i can make cannabutter.

me and a buddy are gonna try and construct a DIY vaporizer for social evenings. basically i'm going to recreate the massive vaporizer they use at the Hemp & Cannabis Museum. a massive DIY heat gun powered verdamper basically. everyone puts in a bit of green, make one huge bowl, and then the heat gun will fill up a large glass jar (we have one shaped like a head!) where it will cool a bit and then another pipe and possibly a hose will allow you to take hits.

gonna raid hardware and chemistry shops tomorrow for supplies (you could EASILY make one out of less than $5 of plumbing pipe, but this thing needs to look awesome too. gonna try and sell them if it works well enough. will report.
