Strains for first timer

Hi all, im heading back to the dam in may and bringing my mate who has never been and has never smoked ams quality gear before. Can you suggest some nice mellow/happy weed or hash thats non paranoia inducing!

no hash at the beginning, it usually feels stronger to a beginner than weed does (at least from my experience), just go with the lower-priced weeds or maybe some imported weed(Thai, Jamaican...) which is perfect during the day and no chance of paranoia there. then move on to the lower priced dutch weed like Orange bud, Power Plant and with the hash you should start with a dark hash-joint (in my opinion ;) ) because I find the morrocan hashes harder to handle, its not stronger, but it will make me much more paranoid, the blacks usually clean my head from everything :D (which can be bad for firsttimers as well ....so no hash at the beginning ;) )

Gotta start him off with Cheese :D , Homegrown Fantasy does the best IMO :D
