clayman whats with that picture at 1:21. is it showing how to cut up a pig? looks gruesome, like a scene out of braveheart

we had no idea what it was. if i remember, the store front below was not in any way related to pigs. it was very strange. i dont remember where we saw it, i was in a very heavy haze of ...haze.
