It's a hybrid, it's probably more sativa than indica as I find it a nice smoke to start the day and no it's not too strong.PirateRaff wrote:is the orange bud a sativa? and not too strong as in not the most hardcore shit you find, havent smoked for a month:P
Whats the first coffeeshop you visit in amsterdam?

You dont have to please me man, i just like this shop alot, and judging by your posts on weed and the scene you enjoy you probably will. Ask and theyll give you the pieces to play checkers and chess upstairs. Although the stairs a a little bit dangerous. The hash there is also very good, a good start for me would be a gram of poision, a gram of the other best looking weed on the menu, and a gram of their best hash. Oh plus a coffee. The dude usually will show off all his products to you man, the locals are pretty happy to advise as well.Trichome_Dense wrote:Tradition my man... should not be broken, but you know something Sir - - Essexshire, (toke) - I been reading good things about Picasso...Sir Niall of Essex-sire wrote:TD, i cant believe you walk past Picasso's and go to Barneys![]()
So, I'll suggest this to LiquidSwords (we're going for the 420) and see what arrangement we come to.
If not for breakfast - I'll make a point of going to Picasso straight after brekky... is that a good start SirNiall?

It has a strangely local vibe for a shop in quite a central area, a common thing it shares with future.

yah the orange bud at the little kandinsky was a great smoke (and gorgeous budtender
). not too strong so good for day one, afternoon. for our first smoke we went for the High Rise Haze at bluebird, but that was pretty strong, if you dont smoke good stuff daily.
hell, just give yourself 2 hours and if you get too fucked, just camp in the coffeeshop for a while eating snacks and drinking some teas till you feel like facing the world. (but DO buy some food/drink so they dont get sick of you)

Every time is Central for me (well, both times, I guess.) But now the word is that there's no smoking of any sort there... That won't do! So next time, it sounds like Picasso is the way to start.
It's such a shame about Central. I always imagine it as a sort of "airlock" that I use entering and leaving Amsterdam. I love their weed, and the gorgeous presentation; what better way to get started? Oh, I know--BEING ABLE TO SMOKE IT! Well, I guess this is just an opportunity to start a new tradition someplace else like Picasso...

My first coffeeshop was the closest one to the airport, I jumped into a taxi had 3 hours to kill. The tender didn't give me change, I was too carefree to complain - it was a tiny shop with loads of big guys wearing tatoos staring at me as I asked for a gram of white widow. The first and worst coffeeshop experience for me, the rest have been cool.
