Live report

Post by Couch »

My interent time is running out so I make this quick.

Weather is BEAUTIFUL!!! Sunny and warm.

Rookies last night. Romulan 8.20E, good starter smoke. Nice smell and flavor, and not too strong. Also picked up the Amnesia Haze for 13.50E. Also very nice looking. Didn't smoke much, but it seemed a good stiva/clear high. Not sure it's worth the money, but it was good. Rookies is nice. They have a big tobacco smoking area.

I'm at Easy Times right now - cheap internet 1.20E for 20 min. Nice place, but have not sampled their wares. Looks like they have a good menu tho.

More later....

The weather has been wonderful here lately. Was just wondering - all the live cams? Could you provide links for me to cams for Amsterdam?

Thanks :)

Well, I 'checked off' many must do Amsterdam things today.

Pancakes for breakfast!
Meetup at Old Amsterdam that didn't happen.
Made it into Basjoe's for the first time. (was ok, got some orange bud for 7E)
Walked the RLD. (2 smokin hot brunettes right next to each other - sigh)
Pissed in a pissoir (or whatever those green cylinder urinals are on the canals)
Saw some tourist hurl his guts up in the middle of the street.

A sprinkle of rain tonight, but nothing serious. A very nice and pleasant day with a cool breeze.

Off on a day-trip tommorrow, but maybe a meetup tomorrow night or the next at least.

Keystone cops today trying to get to the Liberty Park museum in Overloon. Took us nearly 5 hours due to two missed buses, and we got there 15 min before close!!!! At least they let us take pictures for free for 15 minutes, so we each ran around and took about 30 photos. Not a total loss and the whole thing cost us less than 50E.

Matter of fact, we got 2 1-day passes to anywhere in Netherlands for only 20E each. "Springtour" or some special they were having. Good deal if you want to do a long day-trip.

Met the crew at Nes tonight. It was so packed that I didn't stay long after all our travels. I may miss most of the meetups the next 2 days, but I'll see y'all again on 4/20.

By the way, that Amnesia Haze from rookies is good stuff. Very potent, super-high for 1.5 hours, then a nice long buzz for a long time afterwards.

Great day yesterday! Went to Keukenhof. Man was it packed! But it is so big it wasnt too bad. We took pictures until our cameras ran out of battery.

Lots of walking...it's a long walk from Liedseplein up to central station and back. Finally made it back and made a wicked spaghetti from stuff we bought at the market. If you can be troubled to cook, and apartment with a kitchen can save you some money if you make the effort.

Popped in to meet Liquidswords & Trichome Dense and their crew in mellow yellow, but it was so friggin hot in there we couldn't stay. Had some of their SSH for 10E. Nice pleasant smoke, good up walking around stuff. Not the strongest, but good for the price.

Made another long walk up to RLD to see it in full splendor on a Saturday night. Very nice. Some very lovely women there. But I was a good boy, and just looked around.

Museums around town today, and probably a meetup somewhere along the way.
