Trippiest smoke?

of course the hazes! buy yourself some haze from Mellow Yellow/Noon or Dampkring, roll a fat pure joint and you will really encounter that kind of trip I relate to mushrooms......just not as strong

Without a doubt some random grass I bought off a guy on the beach in Kenya back in 1990. He told me it had come all the way from Uganda, and I waved him away with a 'yeah, yeah..'.

Well, one small spliff later and I was totally gone, visual and auditory hallucinations. I became convinced that the room we were staying in had been transported back in time to 1917, to the middle of no-man's land - and there were shells whizzing overhead, spotlights flashing in the windows and both sides were readying to charge.

Then the girlfriend went furry before my eyes, so I licked her to make sure she hadn't - but I could feel the fur with my tongue.

Eventually it all calmed down, and I was able to venture outside, but it was the wierdest ever.

I've had some pretty trippy haze in 'dam over the years, but nothing to compare to the Kenya gear.

I've smoked some pretty strong shit over the years but never have I got to the point where I've actually saw hallucinations like from acid and I just refuse to believe that you can from weed,sure you can get fucked up and have a very heightened sense of colour and sound and such but actually seeing things and shit ,personally I just dont buy it..When I'm in dam I always go for the top end strains and I've just never had that sort of trip from any of them..Others may disagree with me but thats fine this is just my 10 years personal experience with the herb, anyway if anyone does find a strain that makes you trip balls please let me know..Well sorry for the rant I'm a bit baked now, you know how it is

I've tripped off acid and it's not the same as when I was trippin' off kenya weed. Acid is much more real, it rewires the senses and confuses things, whereas the kenya weed was nothing like that. It was a lot more internal.

I wrote what happened as I remembered it, and as I did so I questioned what I was remembering. Was it really that mental? Certainly it left an impression. I smoked some rough old gear years later with an Asian guy I worked with, who'd been living in Uganda during the 70s, and he claimed their grass was the best in the world, and had the effect I described.

Stoner stories, huh? Can't live with them, can't live without them..

I have had many trippy weeds. Laughing Buddha from Rokerij has done it, Purple Haze is another good one, but 2 particuarly good ones that come to mind are Silver Bubble from Grey Area, Silver Haze crossed with Bubblegum, to trippy weeds make a very trippy weed, and Resin Haze from the now defunct Resin Coffeeshop, was also very trippy

There have been more but they are the ones that initially come to mind

i'm with soulrider on the resin haze from the now gone resin shop...had some last november and i was seeing all kinds o shit...went back the next day and it was all gone but the budtender told me to try the XXX haze from soma....good but not as intense as the resin haze

Funny, the trippiest I ever got from herb was the Greenhouse Effect Special back about 10 years or so... We were dry for a good 2 months before our vacation and our her immunity was waaaay low when we arrived around early morning. GE was our first stop and our customary "give me yer best stuff" comment to start our day landed us a nearly gram sized blunt spliff that caught us seriously off guard. I think it was our first experience with a haze and I can still remember getting 3/4 the way through with the wife and we started looking at each other like "oh shit!". We roached it and headed outside to the cool rain hoping to gather our thoughts. Yeah, right. For the first time in Amsterdam (and maybe even anywhere) we were SO paranoid walking around. It was our 4th or 5th trip and we felt like strangers in a strange town. We ate and, a first...didn't smoke again for a few hours. When we DID smoke again it certainly wasn't the Special...we asked for some "mild" bud until we regained our green-legs later that night!

Recently, some Sunburst ice hash from Bushdoctors sent us soaring. Another rare case of "I'm all set" followed THAT session!
