Your thoughts on good kif/skuff/unpressed hash in the Dam...

I've been mulling over the price of Grey Crystals for a while now...good grief! €18/gm! I remember it being €10 not so many trips ago. This stuff DID win the '08 CC hash cup, but c'mon now. Having said that, I know that the GA kif is quality -- for me, the characteristic stone was like having my brain set on fire with burning gasoline.

I still think it's better than the Stix gunpowder for €12.50. From FBN's excellent site, I noticed that HGF is offering it for €10. Did anyone try these?

I always buy skuff when i can.
The H.F. skuff has been really nice over the last couple of years but the last lot i had was not skuff but badly dried ice hash crumbled up.

really enjoyed Stix's Gunpowder in March. Never had Grey Crystals to compare, altho it sounds nice. Blueberry Haze Ice Hash from noon/MY was unpressed last year, don't know about now. Probably not worth the outrageous price (27e/g-ish?). I find a bit of kif in a joint with weed/hash adds a sparkling soaring feeling

oh, according to the budtender (and supplier AND owner who happened to all be there at the same time as me!), the Gunpowder from Stix is the same stuff as the ice hash they sell, just unpressed. It's quite a different colour, but they seemed certain. either way I don't think it's pure kif (ie just crystals). Still very nice though.

The ice hash skuff was nice once i cured it for 2 months but if you just want to burn it when you buy it the taste is horrible. When i used to make my own water hash and smoke it straight away it tasted just the same. Cureing hash and weed is so important for taste, but i guess they just want the euros more.

The skuff from stix is made from white widow plants and i really liked it, there is veg matter in the skuff but when smoked with bud its lovely.

Hunters bar used to do skuff but have never tried.

5 visits to the dam...the grey mist crystals is the only gear i make sure to get each time.....makes every bowl top notch!!

You could have a well connected local take you to a place with at least 10 different choices of unpressed ice and kif, ranging in price from 9E to 35E a gram. I saw Jamaican, Power Plant, Amnesia Haze, Citral, Cheisel, White Widow and several others just a couple of days ago. I think Worsall got some during my free tour.

Thanks mh! Managed to get hit by a car recently whilst on the bike, so I'm still a bit gun shy about getting back on the thing. Plus, I'll be travelling with a friend who's more into de Wallen than de wiet, so it might be a hard sell for him, as our time frame is short.

I had the Gunpowder and Grey Mist Crystals... the Grey Mist Crystals are more yellow coloured and tastier than the Gunpowder. The Gunpowder is more white (from the White Widow) coloured... if it´s fresh I prefer the Grey Mist Crystals because of the nice taste... the effect is similar to the Gunpowder... but the Gunpowder is cheaper. The first batch of the Grey Mist Chrystals was so damn nice never had such a nice batch (1,5 years ago) again... it was much stronger than normal

Buy any Ice/kif from a well connected local for 35 a gram and it'll take yer head off.....I deffinately recommend it.

Personally I find both the gunpowder and GA kif to be ...hmm...ok. But I think that's also why I like them, nothing fancy or mad and perfect for the park.

Bit mashed at the moment and feeling a bit of a gas bag so I thought I'd chime in. My experience with ice hashes are pretty much the same -- in fact i don't really enjoy them so much since you get fucked up so quickly -- you get to point B from point A much sooner than you expect, and where is the charm in that? At the end of a weed crawl, you will end up caned anyway. That's just a matter of preference though.

But kif is insurance when you make that mistake buy -- that one ridiculous strain (CrystalOrangeAmnesiaStarburstHaze) that promises everything and delivers nothing.

Was wondering if this is what KUSH-D bought. From the latest FBN menu, they have skuff listed for E10 but don't know if this is the same? Oh well, I'll just have to answer my own question. I'm actually leaning towards buying the old standby GA crystals but the markup stings.

heres an idea...go buy a 20 euro grinder with a kif catcher..in a few days youll have plenty....i cant give my opinion of the dust cause i dont buy it..i make my own when im there.....enjoy.
