Returning to Amsterdam for the second time this May 22nd, so doing some research to make sure this trip will be memorable for all the right reasons!

Welcome fellow Schmoker...
Just got back from the 420 gathering, Amstrerdam is a wonderful city thats full of weed, wonderfully polite women (in windows) and great places to visit.
A good idea would be to read some of the travelogues which have recently been posted in the Travelogues section of the forum - go especially to the "during/after" section where there is up to date info on whats hot and whats not.
Also - there's a long haired hippie brit living in Amsterdam who is also on this forum - he is called SoulRider - he may be of help too.
