First Trip to the Dam! 10-19

My and my oldest friend will be making our way to the Dam from May 10th through the 19th. Ive been to Rotterdam before, and most of Western Europe, but he has not visited the continent yet.

We'll be staying @ the Bulldog hostel. Both young (25) and looking to party our asses off. I also am contemplating either going to either Berlin, London, or Paris for a night or two during the trip.

The last time i was in Rotterdam, which was in January, my chick made me throw all my excess weed (5 grams) away because she was positive that we were gonna have a UK style customs entrance to Paris. Suffice to say, we got off the train and walked to the RER and i was pissed off .

So i'm looking to party my fooking ass off, meet some hot chicks, and find peyote! Is it possible to locate it in a smart shop? I was also thinking about posting that, some philosopher stones, and hash back home.
