i think there may actually be a grade higher in japan. its great/tasty beef though. i couldn't finish my steal though.

Had a Kobe last week, first time i have ever tried this meat and TBH did not think it was worth the extra euros. Did hve to have it on brown bap though as for some strange reason all the ITALIAN Buns had gone.
Still a very good feed though

So do they have actual Kobe beef or Kobe style beef like their menu says? All Kobe is Wagyu, but not all Wagyu is Kobe. I was under the assumption that for it to be Kobe, the cattle must be raised in Japan's Hyogo Prefecture, kind of like real champagne only comes from France (everywhere else it's produced it's simply sparkling wine). It does seem kind of cheap for "real" Kobe.
Anyway, I thought you guys were talking about Burgermeester all this time! I'll have to try them both.

its kobe style. a real kobe beef burger of even lesser quality would be like 40e or more.
