Keep and eye out on Eastjet. They always have sales, and if fly without baggage (just hand luggage) and already have yearly Travel Insurance you can get flgith for as little as £45.
If you wanna fly to and from Eindhoven with RyanAir you can get tax free flights and will be alot cheaper, on my last trip i travelled back from Eindhoven as the flight was only 5 euros tax free

having read what you guys were talkin bout here I thought I should make you aware of a website I use for sourcing cheap flights works great
http://www.skyscanner.net/
it is a good site just enter your starting airport and destination then use the check whole month function.I think you have to search you start and destination first then go to home on the website then you will have an option to search the whole month for the cheapest going and return flights.
Im sure I dont have to tell you guys but be wary of ryanair as you have to disable all their add ons for the cheapest price (travel insurance, check in,hold bags etc.)
Jus one more thing this site only locates flight prices you still have to go to the corresponding airline to book.Happy hunting

yeah its not really a trick, just persistance, but ryan air often release cheap ticket news to eindhoven.
fly there, and get the bus to the train station (20 mins) and then the train to Amsterdam central (3 hours i guess).
last time i went, my flights were 1p each inc taxes, from london, and the train to dam was £16 (i think).

USA/Canada Cheap flights

Hi I would just like to add my 2cents to this thread, if your from USA/Canada you should find this website very useful to help find a cheap flight. We managed to get a round trip non-stop flight from YYZ(toronto) to AMS (amsterdam) for under $650(Canadian Dollars) per person.
http://matrix.itasoftware.com/cvg/dispatch
It compares the rates of like 15 different airlines and you can use a 30day search feature to find the cheapest rate/airline within a 30 day period. However when you do find the cheapest rate I recommend booking directly with the airline carrier as we managed to save another $20-50 per ticket by booking directly with the airline.
any questions regarding the site just shoot me a private message I'd be more than willing to help out!
Adam.

Here's one I found a FEW weeks ago......
ATI Flights
But like Adam420 mentioned, I to have found that if you go directly to the flight company you can find a better savings. (Sometimes!)
Some of the flights listed on this site do not have the carriers name, but it's simple enough to figure out by going to orbitz or another booking agent to see the times/ carrier company... then match them up. Or even scrolling to other flights listed on ATI flights then match up the carrier.
I pretty much know what times the flights depart/ arrive from ORD/ AMS even DUS and which carriers they are, so I don't need to cheat anymore... I'm just after the best price.

Bus from the Airport to the station to around 5 euros and the Train to Amsterdam is 18 euros, but only take around 90 minutes. We flew back from Eindhoven last month
