Getting laid off has its benefits

Post by tastywaves »

Well the company I've been working for over 4 years told me yesterday that I'm getting laid off from work on Aug 12 this year and they just messed up and robbed me of my paid 12 day vacation I was planning on my B-Day in May 2010. Sucks about losing my paid vacation but I have a plan and that is just take a 12 day trip to A'Dam starting Aug 17-28 this year and look for a job when I get back from my much needed head stop in A'Dam. I think I should thank them for giving me an early trip. Lol.
Peace.

That sucks. Funny enough I also got laid off yesterday. It sucks but luckily that job had nothing to do with my career and I graduate college(finally) tomorrow.

 Brillant idea, but I only speak a little German and you need to speak/write Dutch well. Oh how I'd love to live an work in Europe again and especially in the Netherlands or Germany. Dreaming. :D
Peace.
