Amsterdam during the summer season

what is Amsterdam like in the summertime, Im going in July the week after the 4th. does it get super hot there, or is the weather just like any where else in the summertime, real hot days, mild days, etc... ?

would love to smoke a bowl and go jet skiing, if thats possible there!

the weather in amsterdam can be much more changeable than in the states, one day can be hot and the next cool

my suggestion is to prepare for hot and cold and wet and dry, carry a small rucksack for what you are not wearing at the moment and imo then you will be fine
