Dudes!
I’m in tiown Thurs till Saturday from 28 May ( all too brief I know) and one of the things I’ve promised myself is to go and see Star Trek on the I-max at the Arena. It’s scarily far out from the centre but if I don’t get to baked I should get there by Metro OK. What I’d be interested in knowing is … Are there any coffeeshops in that neck of the woods or will I have to smoke a blunt on the street or whatever before I go into the move. Any advice greatfuly accepted.

More Cinemas
Easily the best cinema EVER is the Pathe Tuschinski just off Rembrandsplein. Its a triumph of design, built in 1912 as a 'Peoples Palace' if you can get to see a movie in the main cinema its an absolutely unforgettable experience. I alway go there when I'm in the 'Dam. Its on Google Street View
