I am Kev from the UK just joined this forum.
I have been visiting Amsterdam about twice a year for the last 15 years so know my way around pretty well (I have even learned to speak a little dutch!).
I was very upset when the tobacco smoking ban came in but have found that it hasn't spoiled the fun too much if you know where to go.
My favorite coffee shops recently are;
Rookies
Sheeba
Atlantis
Trinity
All of these you can smoke with tobacco and all have really nice staff who are very welcoming.
Looking forward to my next visit to the wonderful Dam and meeting/discussing our favorite subject with you all.

So nice to get a reply from someone straight away.
I found trinity on my last visit (30 Mar to 11 April 2009) from the list on this site of places where you can still smoke with tobacco (don't know about you but i just can't cope with pure!)
Trinity is such a great place budmeister was really nice and we had a good laugh talking together-the weed was really godd (think it was something like a bubblegum but cant exactly remeber so must have been good
)
Do you go to the Dam often?
I am going again at the end of July.
Oh and does a smurf go GREEN ???
