it looks like the light is a very long distance from the plant so u must have a HPS, its always best to start up seedling with an inexpensive CFL bulb. as u can put the light close therefore avoiding stretching of the plant.

I agree. also I reckon a flat white colour around your grow is kinder and more natural than tin foil.
Good luck babakar, if at first you dont succeed etc. I hope you are learning your skills with some less than top grade seeds first, then its not so bad if you have a bit set back early on.

lose the foil...get a cfl light and bring that stretchin baby back...too far from light...get fan, put closer to light, and watch her spread out

Didnt see the foil, bad idea white walls are better than foil it creates uneven reflection and makes hotspots.
