having seen footage etc of these places whats the actual score with them?

for example could i travel there as an english citizen have a USA Docter perscribe me some smokeables or what?

by the looks of what i seen seems as though the doctors these groups reccomend seem as though they give them as a formality

From what I understand
You have to wait a week after seeing a doctor for your card to be valid.
That keeps tourists from using the system

you have to be a legal resident of california(i assume with some sort of proof of address and residence) to get a mj card. even me as a us citizen couldn't get a card there as im a resident of washington state. and if i had a card from another state it wouldn't be valid there.
