I was always led to believe it's 30 grams but on occasion I do hear people say it's just 5 grams, maybe a local knows for sure?

yeah you'd think i would know this shit living here.... but no...
and cant_think is right... you won't get hassled about it... well unless your walking around with a seethrough backpack with pounds in it...

but i doubt you'll have need for 30 grams anyways... we got strong shit here...

I got stopped and searched just by Dam Square, part of a crackdown on people carrying weapons apparently. The cop gave me a little card backing this up. I pulled out about 8 little baggies and he didn't give a monkeys, must have had at least 5g's on me.

u can only purchase 5g but without presuming your a dealer I think you can posess 28-30g

I believe the current gedoogbeleid says maximum possession is 5 grams without prosecution.

same happened to us when we were at the Ajax stadium, they searched people for weapons, they didnt find anything on us because we have our special secret place where we hide the weed/hash, but a black dutch guy was searched in front of me and they found around 4-5gs on him.....they took it from him and told him he wasnt allowed to carry it, I was very surprised, must have been some police officers who dont like the coffeeshop-rule in the netherlands.....

Ive been caught in spain with bout 12g they just confiscated it thats it so im sure u can pack more in the dam, not like youd need it though!
