favourite shop of the trip, lovely staff, lovely weed at good prices, what more can you want?#

Went through about 20g of lemon skunk (45e 5g) and hindu kush (40e 5g) .

and every deal was BANG on weight - something of a rarity in dam for me now - the budtender didnt drop anything, nothing stuck to the scales, none went up his sleeve :D for once!

Called in tonight and grabbed 5g of hindu kush. Really friendly Irish girl working. Buds are dark green with some lovely crystals visible. The moldy smell of the buds reminds me some of the early cheeses. Stone was immediate, powerful all over the body effect. Was worth the trip in the heavy rain for this treat.

EDIT: The following day the stone was very much reduced in intensity but still offered a good 2 hours for 1 spliff.

That would probably go to Bij or Boerejongens. They have indoor strains starting at 6 euro!

Peace,

I've been to both and got my full weight. The scale is right in front of you, all you have to do is watch.

The Hindu Kush is one hell of a beautiful smoke,as is the Pot of gold...and i'd like to say that after a previous very chilly greeting ,on this visit afew days ago ,the budtender couldn't have been more friendly and helpful...i've always found quality bud here, and doubt very much that they would ever sell "contaminated weed" ...

I've been back a few times for the hindu kush as its a great smoke at quite a good price. Managed to find the moody bud tender (i really do not think he said 1 word) but I didnt care as the buds were huge a sticky on friday. Great fun.

Next trip to try the lemon skunk.

Went twice last week (Monday 7th & Thursday 10th February). 1st trip picked up 2g Lemon skunk, as potent as ever and has a citric flavour, close to Lemon and more pronounced when vaped. Possibly my favourite strain on the menu. Only dust left of Hindu Kush on the Monday but got 2g on the second visit, as good as ever but not the best Kush in Dam in my opinion, prefer OG 18 from Katsu round the corner to name just 1. Also got a g of SSH (very good, sticky, on a par with Ocean's superb example of this strain) and had to try the Thai Haze at 8.50E/g.

The very chatty & funny Irish budtender served us, describing the Thai Haze as not a typical haze, high but with a physical stone. The tube smelt lovely, not at all like chocolate Thai, nor did it have that classic hazey aroma, but it had a sweet perfumed smell mixed with notes of cut grass that made me think it would be a nice smoke. Crumbling the bud it was a lot drier than their other strains, not too sticky when broken up and I couldn't tell/didn't ask whether it was outdoor grown, though I would suspect it was grown indoors under lights myself. Nice flavour, good morning/daytime smoke, but no real buzz from it - 6/10 - worth a try, but don't exepct big things. DO get the Champagne Haze at 12.50E/g however, there was a new batch on the Thursday which was sticky, sublimely hazey and tasted like candy.

Still love this CS, great service from the Irish girl and the young dude who doesn't say much and always looks stoned, as always. There were a few dogs running about inside on the Monday, one went straight for the Irish girl's leg as she was collecting glasses which caused a smash, followed by an ironic cheer from the customers. Place is immaculate - seating/facilities etc, very welcoming service and a sweet menu of bio strains, some of which you don't see elsewhere, none of which are overpriced.

I like this place, visited today, Irish girl was very friendly and knew her stuff. Bought 2g Hindu Kush (on reccomendation) and a gram of Shiva both very nice bio's each for €9/g. However it looked as if the smoking room was being renovated, when I asked, the girl told me it wouldn't be open this week but should reopen next week.
