Well here goes. 62 Twitch so you have a couple of years on me. My grand daughters are both 3 going on 4, not twins, cousins. In August we are going to have a big family holiday at Center Parcs in Zandvoort. If you all dont know this but the west coast of the dear old netherlands is about a 200 mile beach from the Hook virtually right round to Germany, and what a beach, absolutely beautiful.

Zandvoort coffee shops;
Yanks:- Allways had a nice time there, good smoke at fair prices very chilled and friendly, nice terrace, bar next door.
La Paz:- Only been once, friendly and a good smoke.

I do not work for the VVV. or ACD. ( but I'd love to)
What a long strange trip it is.

Luvtick thanx, but what about the BEACH. I guess for a Californian our strips of coast are like the kids sandbox :lol: but Zandvoort is special, oh and its about twenty minutes from Amsterdam. Love it.

Yeah 63 in October so pretty close.
I can feel your excitment about taking your daughter to the old smokie. We took one of ours for her 21st a few years back and had a good old time. Her favourite places were La Tartulia and the Rokerij, and we also had a very entertaining evening at Boom Chicago comedy club on Liedseplein.

I REALLY dont work for the VVV or ACD(but I'd still like to).

Man if we're going for a mooch down memory lane. The Red Leb was GOOD, used to make me sneeze though, and the Afghan, very spiritual. In the old days most of the blow came in courtesy of the sailors coming into europe from around the world. In Rotterdam (the busiest port in the world) it was mainly just that, sailors trading a few ounces or a key in the right bar for a bit of shore money so what you smoked was POT luck, (sorry it just came out and typed itself in caps), and also seasonal. So if you wanted a bit of top grade Thai stick or Durban Poison or whatever you had to be around at the right time of year. It was good though.
Mind you I like the here and now, but finding it more difficult to get anything that wasn't grown last week down the road.

I'm not counting down yet, June is still a bit distant. But I can see the smoke on the horizon 8)
