I would zoink to Barneys and start with Hawaaian Snow or G13 Haze.
Which is what Im thinking of doing this time aswell, if I'm in the mood to walk a little... since my hotel is nowhere close there... I could also hit up Nes.

used to always be pink floyd til dampkring nabbed it, seemed perfect as it was just a few doors down from our usual hotel and, well, it was called pink floyd.
nowadays it's wherever is nearest to where we stay, so rookies this time. nothing against damp2 but the tradition was lost. so it's ditch the bags first as girlfriends bring sheds of luggage, even for 4 days.

Yeah it was Paradox is easily in the top 3 coffeeshops in A'dam imo,great location great service,food,smoothies,coffee and great weed and hash at great prices.....cannot recommend it highly enough tbh

If Scotty could beam me over to any CS in AMS. right now ..it would be Basjoe ...Guaranteed -Ripped...nice,nice location ,that bridge makes for some interesting traffic patterns ...comfy booths/ or outside ...friendly ,welcoming , ...music low key ,but varied ...maybe a Scrabble game with that Dutch tile set ...

Well being the first time I'm going, I don't have any traditions set in stone. We'll probably go into one of the good ones between Centraal Station and our accommodation, most likely the 420.

The Prix D' Ami. Its right across from central station but a bit hidden. I always hit there as soon as possible after getting into the dam. Its a great shop
