By the time I hit my first coffeeshop, I was already a tad shroomed. 8)

Have very little recollection of the place, save for that it was up an alley off Damrak, like the 420 is. All I can remember was that it was a bar at the time too, and the staff were Moroccan.

There was a painting of an alien/planet landscape on the wall to the left when you walked in, and the bar was on the right. Anyone have any idea what it might have been?

The last 2 trips' first stops have been The Doors, then the Rokerij, followed by a bounce up the Haarlemmerstraat.

We're staying at the MeetingPoint this time though, and arrive about 6ish, so it'll depend on whether people can be arsed walking before ditching the bags or not. They can go without me if so! I'll probably head to Popeyes to try this Pink Kush that everone has been going on about. Unless anyone knows somewhere that has consistently good NL? Love the shit. :)

Sorry for the baked rambling, but it happens!

First visit - Coffeeshop Ben, purchased Lemon Haze
Second visit - Barneys, purchased Red Dragon, Dr Grinspoon and Royal Jelly.

On our next trip, I believe Basjoes will be the first and last stop!

If you get the timing right (opens at noonish) then you have to hit the Grey Area for a proper intro to town. Get a bag of the grey mist crystals and smoke them straight up in a glass pipe. Keep passing/filling the pipe for 10 minutes and I promise satisfactory results.

My flight arrives always around 8:00am and in the past have always went to Central, opens at 7:00am but have discovered Hunters opens also at 7:00am so it will now be Hunters first, close to CS and sells by the gram (Central sells in prebags), I like to smell before buying.

After checking in Hotel then its a coin flip between Mellow Yellow and Barney's Lounge

To be honest, he'll be that mesmorised by the whole randomness of the situation that any coffee shop is going to make a positive impression.

I always go to 't Gierenest. It's a bit out of the way, just west of Vondelpark but it was the first one I went to on my first trip and it was exactly what I pictured. More of a local place but good vibe and good music

Been Rookies for me the past 3 times. Next time I am thinking a place closer to Central Station. Took alot of self control waiting til I got down to Leidseplein to fire up after a long flight from the states.

Usually the nearest to the hotel I'm staying in :D

On my last trip it was Hunters even though I was staying in one of Apartment Paul's places off Haarlemmerdijk.

The next trip will probably be HGF as I'm staying a couple of doors down from there...
