What is the earliest Coffee Shop Open on a Sunday morning?

I am thinking about flying in on a sunday morning. What is the earliest coffee shops open then and which are they. Thanks in advance.

I believe Central is open at 7, 7 days a week.

Good to know, getting a 6.45am flight so will probably be in the Centre by about 9.30am, so my first smoke in Amsterdam will basically be a wake and bake

Yep I can confirm the early opening. I used to have smoke and a beer with the local postman, before he went on his rounds
