Hotels in south of amsterdam+

We are going back(me and me woman) next year(maybe 4/20 then too:D) but wanna stay a bit outside the center, anyone know any cheap, nice hotel in the south? like down by albert cuypstraat or something? prefferably not a "bad" neighbourhood

oh yeah, needs to be an elevator there, well not a must, but if its more than two stories cause of the knee and me womans condition. And smokerfriendly!:D

The best place I can suggest is the Hotel Abba, they dont have a lift but you could request a room thats only 1 floor up.
