wtf? wtf? Is there some sort of outbreak of mass "hammer hysteria" over there? What I want to know is where were the fashion police when this was happennin? There should be laws against playing M.c hammer music in a built up area.

Why are these people doing this?Is there free crack involved? Some looked waaaaay to enthusiastic for my liking
