Sorry yeah its the newer one the old pink floyd cafe on Haarlemmerstraat same street as barneys and greenhouse lounge its on the ACD map ref E1 easy enough to find not far from centraal station ! hope that helps

Yeah you can't really miss it. It's on the corner and you can see the Dampkring sign with the smoke rings on it as you approach the shop.

Oh, sorry, I've just been busy busy busy for a while now, but...here I am I looked up Dampkring and it doesn't seem hard to find

Noon is cool. Print the Amsterdam Map off from this site (it's the map that has all the coffee shops on it) and write you Forum name across it in black marker pen so people can see it when they're stoned. Stick it on you table when you arrive so the other forum members you're meeting can recognise you. Easy.

Be warned though this particular coffee shop is large in comparisson to others in Dam so don't hide away upstairs in the back, plot up so folks can easily notice you when they arrive. Chances are though if someone arrives before you you'll see them on arrival anyways if they've got their map on the table.

Myself and my rommate will be in town from june 30 to the 4th, already posted by fly by nite. We'll swing by to the greet on the 30th at greenhouse centrum (we're staying at the heart of amsterdam hostel, 1 block NE). We'll be getting in town that very day at around 11am.

To burger and smiley, my friend and I will try to swing by the Dampkring on the first for a toke. We're both 21 from the states, but no weak lungs here. Hope to share a smoke and a good conversation.

According to the weather report, I suppose I am. It rains every day UNTIL the day I land. When we land, the next 4 days (report only goes that far as of today) is 100% sunshine, good temperatures, and only about a 10% chance of rain.

Let's hope it stays that way. Then again, I also prefer when its not too hot because its nicer to walk around.

Im hoping that too. We arrive at wednesday 1 july. I dont like it when its too hot, but rather that than rain. Amsterdam rain is so annoying. No help using a umbrella. You and your clothes will be damp whatever you do . But I love pretty much everytihing else in that town, my kinda place!
