Now this time we are doing the exact same thing but going to Rotterdam for the Carnival in July. Can anyone tell me the best c/s to visit there? The best strains out there? Decent hotels for one night? (A few of us might be staying on and heading to Amsterdam) I have been told by many people Rotterdam is meant to be a lot cheaper for smoke and better quality as its not too commercialised. Has anyone been to the Carnival before? Help would be much appreciated fellow smokers!! 60 quid for the coach trip...you cant go wrong!!
