Hello stuart, you look so battered in your avatar! Good year to be born btw....
If your looking for oblivion, isolator is the best way to go. Great isolators provide an instant hit/rush...
Get your self down to Katsu and pick up some of their isolator. I did an isolator tour only 3 weeks ago and Katsus offering (kept in the fridge) was without a doubt the best (and sensibly priced!) Bluebird have some affordable offerings but I have to say the quality varied massively between Christmas and 3 weeks ago...

the cool thing is, when other members here dont do the search, I am always able to say the same things over and over again....you make it easy for my stoner-head to keep on posting
I have a rule for myself, that has worked out VERY VERY well for me.
You got some favourite shops, you know the weed is TOP NOTCH there. You start with your trip in those shops, even if its hard

, and ask the budtender what he says is best at the moment. THEN you can start with the hidden-gem-search, because this way you will always have nice weed and can still search for something new

isnt it wonderful how there are so many trip reports lately. im lovin it.
hey stuart i havent been over in a while but i would say take a quick peek through the trip reports and maybe make note of the top coffeeshops that seem to be reviewed etc and you can be assured they will probably have something for you.
a few top big names that seem to get good reviews consistently. these are in no way the best all the time but they probably have something good. now it may not be the cheapest either but hell you cant have it all.
greenplace
grey area
dampkring
mellow yellow
barneys
stix
homegrown fantasy
rokerij
hunters/coin
there are many other smaller shops but these are some of the big names. search around a bit more to find the more not so talked about shops that still have quality gear for maybe a bit cheaper.

cheers for a great post, just wondered about those little lesser known shops and where they are etc, maybe not to nuy grams and grams of weed there, but to experience dutch life, and none 'bigname' shops?

Picasso, Paradox and Yo-yo are three that might fulfill your needs.

stu, i usually hit up the Green Place first for bud. All their stuff is usually good, I like the Purple Kush and OG Kush. also Grey Area, El Guapo, Blues brothers & De Kuil have always been reliable in my experience.
For something that will completely blitz you, hit up Bushdoctor for grandaddy super melt hash at 55e a gram. also good (and cheaper) is AK47 ice 35e/g.
for a more local vibe, try Tweede Kamer or Paradox.
