Mornin all.
Well, almost 3 years after signin up to ACD, i've made it to 200 posts (although i never really got started til january this year).
I thought i'd make my micro-milestone worthwhile.
Soo.. my girl noticed on the index page that on june 27, 2007 there were 127 users online at 6:16pm. Seeing as that is 2yrs on saturday, how about an attempt on the record?? Although there's rarely more than 20 online at any one time now i still think we could piss it.
Never posted on any forum before, so it can only be because all of you ACD heads combined form the most fantastically diverse and articulate crowd anyone could want to know.(cue trans-continental backslapping, hugs, high 5's, your call) . The banter and camaraderie are superb, from every corner of the globe and bigotry of any kind is slapped down quickly with wisdom. As DC once said, it ain't utopia, and i agree. But it is the best thing on the net in my eyes.
So, Saturday..6pm onwards,on the forum clock. I'll be there, bangin up a belated trip report. Not in the same class as some(Twitch'o, Spidey, HD, luvtick, to name a few), but possibly a bit better than re-visiting the one word game. Something i find myself doing when my favourite threads are slow.
Anyhoo, thanks again to all for the craic, enjoy your day.

Well, i'm in Dublin, time is same as UK but the clock on the forum is 1 hour behind me at the minute. I'm guessing its set to GMT without the twice yearly change. So if the time on the forum is 2hrs behind you (malta?), then 8pm your time.

I'm on board,reminder set on my phone....if the coffeeshop I'm in has the interweb thingy

i believe that is 11 am Saturday my time...jeez...i will already be up, snapped a few tubes and had at least 2 cups of coffee...i'm there, dude...
