Have been to Hunters in 2004 and enjoyed it very much. I am re-visiting in late August 2009 and with the new laws and after some good pot to smoke through a bong, I am after shops that will be open late on a Sunday evening for my first "visit" to purchase and then open before I leave so I can smoke what I have purchased the previous evening. From my searches I see that Hunters are open until 1.00am Monday morning and this would suit as I don't arrive in Dam Central Station until 9.00pm...will need to drop bags at hotel and then high tail it to Hunters for a weee purchase and then got to Hunters Bar to consume some of that purchase if the opening hours are correct???? Are the opening hours listed accurate for that time of year??? If so, where do I go on Monday before 2.00pm to smoke some more of my tipple...with hopefully internet access?

I apologize but I think you might be higher then me right now! I'm having a bit of trouble understanding your dates and what question you're asking exactly. I'll try and give the best answer I could think of.
1) Last I checked, Hunters stays open late. There is a difference, however: There's Hunters BAR and Hunters coffeeshop. They are NOT the same. The bar allows you to smoke inside, but does not sell ganja. I do not know what time the coffeeshop closes. I do recall having issue getting ganja after 9pm. If there is somewhere open, however, it WILL be around the Hunter's Bar area (A bit west / SW of the train station).
2) If you're asking where you can have a smoke the NEXT morning (1am is still the night before in this example), there are tons of shops that open early. Check the same area as Hunter's and you'll strike gold

LOL.....Wouldn't say I was high just not that used to doing the Dam thing!!! Been there just once and found Hunters by chance and staggered out! But would be shattered if I couldn't load up on Sunday night 23 August!!! and kick back Monday before flying out home late Monday.
So ensuring I can find some to buy and then smoke is of a critical nature!!! LOLOL

My history is I have grown heaps and smoked heaps but haven't smoked much in the last 15yrs and love the excitement of going to dam to puchase and have a billabong or 4!
