I was just wondering if it was a good place to stay as far as smoking goes also is there showers in the room and one last thing is westerpark a cool place to chill ty in advance

I've never spent much time in Westerpark (I think I cycled around it once) but I'd imagine you could sit and chill for a while and have a smoke, just remember if theres other people around they might not be that happy about it so be discrete and everything should be cool.
