Bringing bud back to UK

Hi, I know a few of you are going to tell me not to bother but the fact is im gonna do it anyway. I have only been to a'dam once before and just walked straight through airport customs with a few bags in my pocket and no problems

. This time i want to get about a half oz back over. Anyone know the best way whether it be post or as simple as in a suitcase

half an ounce is pretty ambitious but probably not enough to get you in any serious trouble if you do get caught. I would probably go for 4 dvd cases in jiffy bags, each with 1/8 flattened as much as poss inside. Send them priority mail to UK. Take the DVD cases with you from home. I print out sticky address labels on my computer to make the envelopes look more 'official'.

You could walk thru customs with it in your case/hand luggage, its a lottery if you get searched. but you'll have a paranoid journey back.

I went through security at schipol airport with a grinder full of weed and he saw the grinder in my hand luggage and just asked if it had been used! i said 'no its a gift for a friend' and that was it! the guy didnt even open my bag to check!

If sending i would suggest sending hash, its less smelly! put it in a smelly proof bag which can be bought online and then into a dvd case. Obviously put this in a brown package bag to send and your sorted. Most people in Amsterdam are freindly enough and will point you in the correct direction to the post office

I would also consider wether or not you risk it by sending it all in one package or split in two! kind of double your chances then!

Post it. This has all been well discussed before, and if you use the search tool there are numerous threads.

Basically you want to make sure that any risk you take is as minimal as possible.

Option A) Carry through the airport on your person and risk getting arrested, criminal record, jail time etc etc.

Option B) Put it in the post and your biggest risk is losing xEuros worth of bud.

I've done both, never had any problems with either, but the flight back without illegal substances is always more relaxed than when carrying.

Your choice....

You could try the "jail purse" approach,I dont think they are any x-ray machines there.

The best way to do it IMO (unfortunately this isn't possible unless you are traveling with 2+ hockey teams) A buddy of mine brought a quarter from the states... the way he did it was that he stuffed the bag inside the shaft of his hockey stick... sealed it back up with a wooden butt end and glued it shut. We made it all the way to europe and enjoyed a great smoke in 3 different countries w/o any problem at all.

Obviously I don't expect anyone to be going on a hockey trip with a large group but my guess is that if you are or if you have sports equipment, and you seal it well enough then I think you should be golden.

posted some recently - we have a ratio of 7/8 being successful. We put no more than 7 gram in each one. Never got a customs letter either so lord knows what happened to the missing one. Personally wouldn't risk bringing through airport.
