Im sure if it hasn't already been done a coffeeshop very soon will name one of it's strains Pineapple Express after the brilliant film.
Just wondering if anybody knows of a coffeeshop that has a strain named this obviously wouldn't make the weed any better and wouldn't be like the government grown shit they have in the film but would still be a laugh to smoke some.

Haven't seen it any coffeeshops yet (only a matter of time I'd imagine) but G13 labs have released it in seed form:

Watched it again at the weekend.
Funny film.
Not a patch on Harold and Kumar, though.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Pineapple Haze is actually Cannalope Haze aka Cinderella 99, I really cant be bothered with the whole name game anymore.

So true boner I can't be assed with all the name flying about either, I do believe there are different strains with their own distinct flavours but I felt a lot of the weeds in the dam tasted the same.
One thing I searched for was some decent northern lights like it should be but I couldn't find anywhere. Or white widow for example.
I still feel the best weed I have ever smoked was in the uk and not in the dam. I feel that I'm able to differentiate all different aspects of the high or stone and wasn't able to this in the dam apart from a feew occasions when I smoked ssh from basjoes and cheese from grey arean but that's maybe cos I was blitz most of the time, oh yeah blue cheese from bluebird was nice too.

I'm curious... if all strains were listed by just a number and picture only, would the most popular strains still be those of today?
Hmmm... def naming of strains would have an effect on the initial purchase perhaps... but in the long run, likely the best smokes for the regular toker rise to the top.

the c99- pineapple pheno is delicious. that g-13 labs garbage has no potency (if i recall it is Flying dutchmen's pineapple punch x trainwreck) only flavor.
the movie was an amazing film. James Franco "Saul Silver" is the best pothead since Thurgood in hlaf baked! Harold and kumar couldn't touch Saul and Dale with a ten foot joint.

Funnier film though.

I don't know, I reckon a crossover movie with saul and kumar could be even better than either movie...
