Ok Im confused. Why do I see these posts from time to time. I know it is not illegal to possess pipes and such. I have 2 head shops within 2 miles of me here in Missouri that sell everything but the pot. I have brought back pipes, grinders all kinds of paraphenilia from the dam. If your going to buy a nice bong, Just dont use it and wrap it in your carry on. I dont think they will take it away, but maybe Im just lucky sometimes. cheers good luck.
