I know certain shops, like old Church try and make you buy at least 1.5g before you are even allowed to sit in the shop.

Bushdoctor and De Kroon's menus have their minimum prices set @ 2g, and Bushdoctor are pre bagged.

Maybe this is what he mean???

So this is not going on in the bigger coffeeshops around amsterdam. Otherwise they would rinse everyones money

I just got back last night and the only place I found was route 99 where they were offering set deals. Apart from that they were happy to sell you a gram at a time, I didn't see any complaints.
