Hi all , been lurking here for a bit reading your wonderful and informitive posts .
Now that our trip to Amsterdam is getting near ( aug.6-13 ) i thought i have to register and thank everyone for all the info you have been supplying me.
I have pages of notes ( my wife thinks i am a bit crazed atm ) of places to go and things to try.
I will try to live up to some of the great trip reports ove enjoyed over the last month.

Welcome to the forum.
You have been posted on the August Whos In Town page.
You can see who else may be in town during your stay.
There are Meet and Greets on the 6th, 7th, 8th, and 13th.
By default I link your posting to your profile page here on ACD.

I can change it to a web link ( myspace, facebook, personal page )
or an email address if you want.

your wife is correct ... you are a bit crazed atm ... but we all get exactly the same way when we are about to go to amsterdam and visit all the shops we have been reading about and smoke all the great smoke we have been reading about ... it is quite natural and healthy really

... and we are looking forward to absolutely anything you may choose to report back on
like you we enjoy reading about people's journeys to amsterdam and beyond
have a great trip ...
