Take-away-only. Chatty and polite lady sold me some pre-packed Super Pollen which was good enough (8,5€/g) but nothing special for Rotterdam. They store around 8 strains of weed from 6,50-10€ and 3 sorts of Moroccan and one of Nepalese hash from 5,50-8,5€. I also went for 4g Thai weed as a filler for hash.
