Very good coffeeshop. Good weed, good prices (15,-€ per 3G), good reggae music with perfect atmosphere. Very similar to the coffeeshop Rasta Baby near the Central station.

I was sitting at the De Oude Kerk, and it was pretty good coffee shop :) I've puffed a little on Space Skunk and it was good environment, also the guy there turned the TV off and played the boom box with nice black RNB music. I'll give it a 90 if it was for a grade.

My friend and I dropped in around 8:00pm on a Friday (just as the Red Light starts to turn its lights on!) The owner was outside and we too were the only customers in the shop. The owner seemed very friendly (very stoned too) and happily serving us a bag of Jamaican weed, a pre-roll and two bottles of water. Also was helpful and polite when I asked if he had a toilet (which is more than I can say for a few other coffee shops I visited) The Jamaican was a little dry and to be honest didn't really suit a pipe smoker like myself. There were better weeds on the menu, only I felt it suited the mood of the Rastafarian themed shop and what I thought was very good reggae music, which was loud (but that's how I love reggae!). I can't remember how long we were there in total (would guess about 30-45mins), partly due to some Mothers Finest grass bongs in Pink Floyd coffee shop just a few hours prior, but I can definitely say that I loved this short experience of a "seedy, mellow, Jamaican styled" coffee shop and looking forward to re-visiting this memorable shop on my next trip.

The only place that we've visited that we weren't happy with. It's actually a nice comfortable place but we dropped in on a Sunday afternoon, no one else there, the proprietor was seated outside listening to some LOUD Marley. Now I appreciate Marley but it was just too loud. We asked him if he'd turn down the music a bit so we could talk. He wouldn't and got belligerent about it at that. So much for the "customer is always right". Won't return to that one.
