Pretty much, as far as I could see. I'll probably say something on the Katsu thread.

Op last van de gemeente moet coffeeshop Speak Easy in het centrum de deuren sluiten.
De shop mag wel verder in Oost.

De nieuwe zaak opent op de Eerste Oosterparkstraat.
