Made a beeline for here on Sunday. Weed very nice but hash selection disappointing on this occasion sadly, no iceolator at all. V Power Diesel a nice smoke and subtle diesel flavour, 7/10. Girl Scout Cookies really nice 8.5/10 Menu will be up on www.coffeeshopmenus.org as soon as FlyByNite gets a ch...

Re: Utopia
On my way on the train - Utopia has to be on the list for today so I will report back. Won't add much to the above no doubt, Shoreline cross, GSC and Tangie all sound good. Torn between Amnesia Cream and Nepalese Cream but let's see what they have

Re: Will you still need weed , when your 64?
Hey All Really interesting (though not good with the sly tactics) to hear how things are developing in the US with some states legalising rec and med cannabis, some just medical, some not at all. Complex picture. Not sure if this is better or worse than UK. Better obviously if you live in a state wh...

Re: Will you still need weed , when your 64?
Minn, I had pondered a drive to Colorado. And I don't have to go through Nebraska. However, the ride is 1400 miles, so two days each way. I have pondered whether taking my dog with me makes me less of a target or more of a target, on the drive home. I think it might depend on how wasted your dog ge...

Re: Vaporizer
Hey Grendel, I would go for 180 through 185 degrees C but not familiar with Ascent. That works well enough for grass on the few portables I have or a Volcano. For hash I would suggest 205-210. Hope that helps, not sure if you wanted C or F. Depends to some extent on the weed/hash but reasonably well...

Re: Katsu
Hi, Yes I had the Nepalese Annap Pollen last time. It was a great high really relaxing yet cerebral, and surprisingly strong. A couple of vape hits through the Crafty was enough for a while. The King Hassan was also of very high quality. I've not had the Scissor Hash recently but remember it as a ve...

Re: Katsu
I think that sour OG Kush sounds like my cup of t. I have a feeling I bought and then lost a bag last time I was there without experiencing it  I like something sour and although more of a sativa fan something somewhere in between even with more of an indica leaning is good if the feeling is o...

Fair point I can live without pre-fondled buds
Not had that experience so hopefully you inspire trust in people. Wouldn't like to think it's been through multiple hands before but you never know....

Re: Katsu
To me it was really Mango fruity with a bit of haze but it depends on the batch. I am a big haze fan so maybe I don't notice the hazeyness so much. I agree on the Grinspoon, often it is better at Amnesia but last time it was the other way around and the Grinspoon from Katsu was excellent, with a rea...

Re: Katsu
Dr Grinspoon is a real high haze, Mango Haze has a real mango taste and pretty strong, maybe stronger than the Amnesia here. Lovely stuff.
Not tried the Sour OG sorry, had some lovely Headband here but not currently on the menu.

Re: Katsu
Sure I agree with that it was just a comment that I'd had a similar experience, although in my case just with one customer who clearly took a dislike to me. Let's be clear no one is saying Katsu is unfriendly to tourists, the staff are really cool and I've never had an issue with them. And to be hon...

Re: Katsu
[quote="spliphy2"]The strongest and best Sativa sold here was Dr. Grinspoon they told me. It was good and acceptable but not up to Amnesia's standard. Was in Katsu recently, all was good, good vibe, everyone speaking to each other. Even the owner (I think) was chilling at the back in the a...
