Re: Hotel Voyagers

There are three of them, so presumably they're on different floors. Given that you'd be paying 100-120€ for it, why not just pay the same money for a hotel with a lift? Well I presume it's A.) the (unofficial) 4/20 friendly nature of the venue - though I say 'unofficial' because as I understand the...

Re: Anyone have any good cheap room ideas

Check priceline nyop. Was able to make a few bargains this way. Also in Amsterdam business hotels are quite cheap in summer season, whereas your typical tourit hotel rates will rise during that time. Krasnapolsky in July is only 150€ if you look around a bit for example, there normal rates are more ...

Re: A few hotel questions from someone who hasn't visited in close to a decade....

Your not allowed to smoke in voyagers hotel if that helps? I saw that a few rooms had rather large windows and quite a few members mentioning if you stuck near the windows it wouldn't be an issue. Completely forgot Voyagers Hotel is technically a non-smoking establishment though - thank you! They h...

Re: Boerejongens Centre (formerly Stix)

I had a rather bad experience a Boerejongens last year. I registered for the smoker session when they were relatively new and still took place in the Centre Shop. One day before the smoke session should took place, it was cancelled due to the guy who runs it being ill. I was a bit sad, but they offe...

Re: de Kade

I was there a year ago and bought some of their "Stinky Biker" or something like that. It was a very good smoke. What stayed in my mind particularly was that the budtender was extraordinaly friendly, despite the shop being more of a local one. We just did a B&F and the budtender really...

Interesting! Dont they force you to buy weed + drinks as most coffeeshops do? That would be nice considering their location and their overpriced weed.

Actually a nice looking cafe, with a nice and cozy appearance to it. Will check it out next week since most bars in Amsterdam are clearly targeted on a very young and loud audience ;)

Smokerfriendly Restaurant in Molukkenstraat?

So i just stumbled across a review for Best Friends in Ooost in the same street as the Stud. The reviewer says the budtender recommended a restaurant in the same street where he could smoke. Any idea which restaurant this is? Already checked google maps, but as usual in the Netherlands, there are re...

Re: What's everyone listening to?

Garafe and psychedlic rock are my favorites. To those alike i can recommend this online radio: https://www.garage-rock-radio.com
I listen to it daily during work. Its a shame that here arent more shops in Adam which play this kind of music. Im always missing it when there for some time.
