Re: Going to Bruges

I think they can be a bit "420 Hostile" down there too Macky ! , which won't suit you after a 3+ hour train ride 😀. I've been to Bruges. Worth seeing, though quite touristy. However, outside the centre it's quiet. And it's not very big. So it's quite easy to sneak away and have a subtle smoke somew...

Nice start; I like de Kade, and remember the cat. The easiest way to post pictures is to upload them to a site like Imgur and then post the link they give you.

Re: Coffeeshop Scene in Den Haag?

Can someone tell me how far a walk is it from train station to Creamers ? No, but I know a website that can. It's 1.6 kilometres, or just under a mile. Here are some routes. https://www.google.com/maps/dir/Den+Haag+Centraal,+Koningin+Julianaplein,+The+Hague,+Netherlands/Cremers,+Prinsestraat+84,+25...

What an amazing coincidence: a real poster used the same form of words 6 years ago: viewtopic.php?t=21097

Lemming, looks like another spammer to be whacked.

Re: Hotel Voyagers

There are three of them, so presumably they're on different floors.

Given that you'd be paying 100-120€ for it, why not just pay the same money for a hotel with a lift?

Re: Train Travel

Not sure, in past it (unofficially) probably was but now most stations have installed paned turnstile gates that read tickets and likely prevent such "altered itineraries" however the very distinct possibility that I'm mistaken could hold true. It's official. You can break your journey, so long as ...

Re: 3 night trip 4th March till 7th

Boerejongens, Original Dampkring, Tweede Kamer/Amsterdam Coffeeshop and my recent discovery Solo are all shops with a wide variety of hashes of good quality, so they'll probably have something to your taste.

Re: Real dr grinspoon / quaze haze , in the dam ?

I've had Dr G from Katsu, and always found it worth it. Never had anything from Amnesia: I went there expressly to try the Acapulco Gold, and they were out of it. One day, one day. Tweede Kamer had Dr G once, and I meant to try it, but didn't, and I haven't seen it there since. Barneys I avoid on pr...

Re: Katsu

Katsu's not a tourist shop in the centre. Lots of locals go there, and they don't look particularly brain-damaged. The product is usually good. Even if, for the sake of argument, the markup on the occasional crap offerings is massive in comparison to the good stuff, I wouldn't have thought the addit...

Re: Katsu

And yet their Nepal has been good, several times, though good black hash isn't all that easy to find in the Dam. I don't really understand why good coffeeshops stock crap, because one bad purchase is likely to put customers off for a long time, possibly forever. It's not as though they're likely to ...

You can break your journey as often as you like, so you can stop off at den Haag, and for that matter Haarlem, should you feel inclined. Just check beforehand ...

I find it odd that they sell Jack Herer and Silverback Kush by the joint, but not by the gram.

On topic: 1e Hulp for ticking all the boxes: product, atmosphere, coffee, hours, phone charging, toilet. Solo, my latest discovery, for ticking all the boxes I've needed (can't vouch for phone charging and toilet, but probably OK). Katsu's nearly a top score as well, though the toilet is up some bas...

Re: top shops--gimmie ten

Who knows what will happen after Brexit? The UK might be towed away so that it's not even geographically in Europe. Or at least that makes as much sense as anything else that's happened since half the population went doolally without even smoking anything nice.
