^^^ Depends on which bank and which card you've got. Works out best for me to use atm w/ creditcard, I get bank rate so 1.20 at the mo and pay 1% interest. Look on moneysaving expert for the best way to spend money abroad. btw 1.11 at the post office is scandalous when the tourist rate stands at 1....

Post office in the UK here is only offering 1.11 (for under £500) 1.13 (for over £500) 1.17 (if you order online) They charge no commision I was trying to understand the Dutch Travelex website, but google translate spat its d...
