This could be the way forward for the Dutch with weitpass. I have now seen this in 3 different news papers. It could pave the way for us non Dutch resident's to still enjoy the city we have all come to love.

Yeah id agree with that too. The chief of police and the mayor will play a role. But losing the tax revenue leaves a gaping hole. Then if they use the pass how much more money will they lose. From the tax on weed tourists buy.
