Re: Juicy Fruit availability in the Dam?

Not in Amsterdam I know but I got some Juicy Fruit at WW Sativa in Haarlem a while back. Don't think its still on the menu looking at one from April 2012 on FlyByNite's site but they do have Juicy Power at 8.50 per gram. I always think a little detour to Haarlem provides a nice change of scenery als...

Decent skuff?

Hi all,

My girlfriend is a real fan of skuff but she's struggled to find any decent examples on the past couple of trips.

Any tips on where to obtain some decent skuff?

Thanks

Re: Dr. Grinspoon (Barney's)

I was looking forward to the Grinspoon from Barneys as an early morning smoke. The high was excellent but certainly wasn't long lasting as I found out to my detriment on the train to Haarlem :| Will be trying again on my next visit to see if this was just bad luck....All in the name of empirical sci...

I got some Chronic at Willie Wortels Sativa in Haarlem (the one by the train station) a year or two ago. It was cheap at around 6-7 Euros and I dont remember being disappointed with it. Having said that I haven't purchased any since so it must not have been that outstanding either! Im not sure if it...

Myself, my girlfriend and a few friends were in Amsterdam a couple of years ago. On the last day we were burning time in coffeeshops, just going from one to another heading towards central station. We were walking up into Nieuwmarkt when we see two guys trying to fish a shoe out of a canal. The shoe...

Found Katsu on a recent trip with a friend as it was close to our hotel. Fantastic place to stop off first thing and plan the day ahead. Very reasonably priced and always a friendly atmosphere. Will certainly be returning next week :D

For me mushrooms are an intergral part of the Amsterdam experience. I've found that most shops are welcoming and more than happy to offer advice on which type will best fit the experience your after. Personally i love the confusion from philosophers stones and the colourful, buzzy feeling from colum...

I dont rate the menu at the Other Place. In my experience there are 2 barmen and the atmosphere largely depends on which is working. Milo, (i think thats his name anyway) from America but lived in the 'Dam for years, is really friendly, funny and full of stories. However the other guy can be really ...

im not a fan and deffinately wouldn't buy weed here. My mate got some gear here and it was too dry, full of stem and smelt like he was smoking a bbq. My advice would be to keep on walking and find somewhere else... but not Paradise.
