Do you get 7.50 worth of credit on the card, or is it just 7.50 for the privilege of having the card, then you have to add $ to the e-purse to go anywhere? I'm quitting via e-cigarettes - but I'm worried that my trip to the Dam will be difficult
without tobacco.
Don't recall ever rolling a pure weed joint, and don't know how I'll smoke hash, other
than in a pipe, which isn't really easy while walking about.
